NCAA Bracket Town 2011

This past weekend ( March 31-April 4), saw the NCAA’s Men’s Basketball Final Four come to the George R Brown Convention Center in Houston, TX. Coach Dan and Coach Kat went out to spend the word on fencing to both local visitors and those who traveled here from around the country.
Armed with some equipment and assisted by Ben Parkins, Cheryl Laird, Evan Register, Gabe Acuna, Jose Cortes, Julian Wieck, Mohamed Hamza, and Nicola Sirito, somewhere over 12,000 people came by our both and learned something about fencing by getting onstage with one of our volunteers.
